The time on your mats, blankets or whatever you choose to bring for comfort will provide opportunities to connect with yourself through mindfulness, breathwork and vibrational sound energy.

Light appetizers in a form of a charcutier board will be served after the session and a cash bar with healthy non-alcoholic options (kombucha & social tonics with lion’s mane mushrooms) will be available for purchase.
